• Board Up:
  Any structure is required to be secure to prevent unwanted intruders who may hurt themselves or help themselves to your property. Do not remove items before an insurance adjuster arrives but do follow fire department instructions.
• Roof Tarping
  During a severe wind storm or the first rain of the year, damage to a roof will often become evident by means of a leak. Quick action by PROPERLY covering the damaged area can save an enormous amount of damage to the interior of your home. In addition, a well covered roof can weather future storms if you are not able to immediately repair or replace the roof. T. Downing Inc. offers this service and if you are insured, your insurance company will pay for it.

• Clean Up:
  If your house has been damaged rather than destroyed, interior clean up will be required. (Removal of a destroyed house should only be done by professionals.) You should allow professionals to help do all the clean up. This task can be time consuming and difficult. you have coverage from your insurance company to do this work.
